How long is the voucher valid?
Vouchers purchased directly from us are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
So you have a whole year to plan your jump and make your dream come true!
Keep in mind, however, that we conduct jumps during a specific season—usually from April through the end of October.
To ensure you have time to use your voucher, it’s best to book your date in advance during the months mentioned above.
Who can't jump?
Tandem skydiving is not recommended in the following cases:
- nervous system disorders (e.g., epilepsy),
- chronic heart disease,
- severe, untreated hypertension,
- other serious health conditions.
If you have any concerns, please contact us—we will provide personalized advice.
How long does the whole attraction take?
Sometimes you can board almost immediately, while other times you’ll have to wait a while—many factors come into play. That’s why we ask that you allow up to 3 hours for your time at the airport.
What if the weather doesn't cooperate?
We’ll call you the day before the jump to confirm the date. If the weather conditions aren’t suitable, we’ll suggest a new, convenient date.
Can I bring guests with me?
Of course! Bring your family, friends, and even your pet—everyone is welcome.
What is the weight limit?
The maximum weight limit for participants (including clothing) is 110 kg.
Do i have to be an adult?
No. Individuals under the age of 18 may skydive with the written consent of both parents or a legal guardian, and on the day of the jump, at least one parent or guardian must be present at the airport.
How do I sign up for a jump?
The easiest way is to fill out the short form on our website, and we’ll call you back to confirm the date and go over the details. Would you rather call us? That’s fine too! We’re available on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM at 511 556 326.
How do you prepare for a jump?
- Wear comfortable athletic clothing and flat-soled shoes.
- Avoid heavy meals one hour before your jump.
- Do not consume alcohol! Otherwise, we will refuse to let you jump, and your voucher will be considered used.
Do I need a voucher to jump?
A voucher? It’s a great option, but not required! All you need to do is schedule a time, and you can pay for your jump conveniently on-site—right before your big adventure. We do our best to make it as simple as possible!
What is the minimum height for participants?
To participate in a tandem skydive, you must be at least 140 cm tall—this is necessary to ensure that the harness fits properly and safely.
From what height is the jump, and how long does it last?
The jump takes place from an altitude of 4,200 meters:
- freefall: about 60 seconds of pure adrenaline,
- canopy flight: about 5 minutes of incredible views.
Can I purchase a video and photos of my jump?
Want to capture your excitement on video and in photos? No problem—you can purchase this keepsake at any time before your jump. The cost depends on the type of voucher you have, so it’s best to ask us for details, and we’ll recommend the best option. If you’re interested in the option with an additional jumper-cameraman, let us know when you book—we’ll reserve a seat for them on the plane in advance.
Is additional insurance necessary?
According to current regulations, no additional insurance is required for a tandem skydive. So you don’t have to worry about any extra paperwork—all you need is a reservation and a little courage.
